Post Placing the Order

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout. Rates may vary depending on factors such as the product, packaging, size, volume, and other considerations. You will be able to see the shipping and handling fees before finalizing your payment.

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Mumbai. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Products are carefully packaged, undergo a final quality check, and are securely wrapped and sealed in cartons before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to track your package on the carrier’s website.

Order in Transit

Most orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) and delivered within 2-10 business days. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. During a Sale, dispatches may take longer than usual due to higher order volumes. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with an updated estimated delivery date.

Don’t Want Your Order?

We hope you won’t need to, but if you wish to cancel your order, please email us at care@lovethynaturee.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed at our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled.

Received Your Order and you Don’t Want It?

A) Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged item, please email us at care@lovethynaturee.com within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent within one week of receiving the information. Please note, each item can only be exchanged once, and cash refunds are not available.

B) Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item, please submit a replacement request within 3 days of delivery, along with photos of the incorrect item and your order ID. After that, please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect item.

C) Return/Replacement Policy: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or if the labels are missing.
