At this time, Love Thy Naturee does not have a formal return policy. However, we offer exchanges for items that are incorrect or defective, provided you request the exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, our team will review the reason for the exchange and process it according to applicable jurisdiction.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at care@lovethynaturee.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. If your exchange request is approved, our team will reach out within 48 hours to guide you through the process. Please note that items returned without prior exchange approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All items undergo a thorough quality check before being shipped. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
If a refund is necessary due to a damaged item, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is in processing, it cannot be cancelled.
